A 403-page document means a lot to unpack — but the signal for Canada’s cleantech sector is encouraging.
We’ve pulled together a concise summary of the key clean economy measures in the deck below 👇
We’re pleased to see several elements that Canada Cleantech Alliance recommended in our Pre-Budget submission reflected in Budget 2025 — including progress on investment tax credits, SR&ED modernization, trade diversification, and capital mobilization.
Of course, more work remains — and details will matter. But overall, this is not a bad Budget for cleantech competitiveness and deployment in Canada.
